What it is and how we do it
An automatic gearbox mixes mechanical parts (internal clutches, planetary gears, torque converter) with electronic control (the TCM module, solenoids and sensors). We start by reading fault codes and live data — pressure, temperature and rotation — to separate an electronic issue from real internal wear.
Based on the diagnosis we act at the right point: replacing solenoids, the valve body, updating shift strategy, changing the correct fluid or rebuilding internals. We work on transmissions from domestic and imported cars, following each maker’s specifications.

Jerky shifts, a delay before engaging, slipping (revs rise without the car accelerating), overheating fluid or a warning light are clear signs. A burnt smell in the transmission oil also points to wear.
