The A/C diagnostic finds why it is not cooling, making noise or smelling — before any refrigerant top-up or part replacement.
What we check
An A/C that loses performance can have several causes: low refrigerant from a leak, a failing compressor, a dirty condenser, a clogged cabin filter or an electrical control fault. We check pressures, test the outlet temperature and look for leaks to find the source.
At Mr. Service we do not simply “top up the gas”. If there is a leak, recharging without repair is wasted money — we locate and fix the cause first.
When to check
Weak cooling, slow cooling, noise when it switches on, a musty smell, foggy windows or water dripping inside the car are signs something needs attention.
Beyond comfort, the system plays a safety role (demisting) and a health one, since the cabin filter traps dust and pollutants. Maintenance prevents larger compressor repairs.
