Wiper blades

Blades have a rubber edge that glides over the glass, clearing water and dirt. Over time and sun exposure the rubber hardens, cracks and loses even contact.

We assess the rubber, frame and joints, check the washer jets and reservoir level, and replace with blades of the correct size and fitting for your car.

Streaks, areas that will not clear, a dragging noise, dried or torn rubber and a smearing windscreen in the rain all mean it is time to replace them.

In São Paulo, strong sun and pollution wear the rubber fast. Check before the rainy season and whenever your view worsens in the wet.

Poor blades cut visibility exactly when you need it most — in heavy rain — raising the risk of an accident. It is a cheap safety item.
