Gaskets & cylinder head
Gasket and cylinder-head repairs fix leaks and loss of sealing that, if ignored, can compromise the whole engine.
What it involves
The cylinder head closes the top of the engine and the head gasket seals it against the block, separating oil, coolant and the combustion chamber. When it fails, we check the head’s flatness, test the sealing and, if needed, machine it and replace gaskets and worn components.

Warning signs
Overheating, coolant loss with no visible leak, constant white smoke, oil with a “creamy” look, bubbles in the reservoir or mixing of fluids can indicate a compromised head gasket.
It is a problem that worsens fast: driving on can warp the head and turn a repair into a rebuild. Diagnosing early is decisive.
